Kia Kima Scout Reservation is open year round for weekend camping. The only exception to this is during summer camp and on holiday weekends. Units from the Chickasaw Council may camp at no cost. Units and private groups from outside the Chickasaw Council may camp at a cost of $2 per person, per day. Additional fees may apply for certain camp facilities. Provisional Camping is the opportunity for a Scout to attend a week of summer camp without his home troop. Participants will be housed in tented sites with other Scouts from across the council. Leadership for these units are provided by older staff members. Scouts will have the same opportunities to earn merit badges and participate in programs as if they were with their troops. The fee for a week in provisional is
