Mobile Camp - Your Camp Away From Camp

The Kia Kima Staff has come together and decided they would like to provide scout skill instruction on a year-round basis.

These skills include:

• First Aid 
• Map and Compass
• Knots/Lashings
• Fire Building
• Woods Tools
• Camping Skills
• And more!

How Does it Work?

Simply contact the Mobile Camp Director at mobilekiakima@gmail.com. Be sure to let him know:

• What topic you would like taught.
• Where your troop meets.
• When your troop meets.

The Director will team you up with a qualified instructor who will build a custom curriculum based off of your needs.

We have a ton of connections. If we can’t teach what you’re looking for, we’ll find someone who can.

Where is Mobile Camp?

Where ever you want! We can come out to troop meetings, campouts, and training events. We’re Mobile!

How Much Does It Cost?

It’s free! This is a service provided by volunteers of the Chickasaw Council. 
Donations of gear and funds toward Mobile Camp are welcome and gladly excepted.

Please keep in mind that the Mobile Camp Staff are predominantly high school and college students giving of their time and talents. They will gladly except food!
