| The "Scouting Plus" program is a merit badge program offered by the Chickasaw Council, BSA. Scouts may register in these merit badge sessions online. There will be different merit badges offered throughout the course of the year. Listings will normally be in the Council newsletter or on this website. To register for a merit badge please follow the instructions below.

Once you have entered the system, follow these steps:
- Click (Registration )
- Click (Youth)
- Enter your name and click (save) Allow time for the system to save your name (usually a few seconds)
- Click (Schedule youth)
- Follow the drop down menus in order from top to bottom
- When you select the class click the (+) symbol located to the right of the class to enroll.
- Make sure you click (save)
Aviation Merit Badge will meet promptly at 8:00 AM at the Dewitt Spain Airport on 2nd Street just north of Mud Island. This badge is limited to 30 participants and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Scouts will need to bring a bag lunch. The badge should conclude around 2:30 PM. There is a possibility of a test flight with each Scout. Please email Claudio Feler at
